Go Orange

Hey beauties!!

March is Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Awareness month!!!

As you may know, yours truly was diagnosed April 13,2010. I can't believe it will be 2 years but with a great support system and faith on your side time flies by.

Today I did acupuncture. It was very interesting and informative. I'm incorporating it into my life. While being there a nutritionist spoke to me about my diet. Which exercising has been a bit of a hassle these past few months so I was prepared to hear all that he had to say. He mentioned the infammation in foods which for MS patients can trigger symptoms. So of course having a gluten free diet(breads, pastas), no dairy, no tomatoes, no peppers no eggplant. Becareful of strawberries, grapes, no cheese!!!!! I'm like wow wth can I eat? The plan is to go on this diet for two weeks then a month and slowly introduce certain foods to my body and see how it goes. That way we know for sure what are trigger foods.
I will be praying for strength but I have faith in myself and I believe I can do it! Wish me luck!!
